provisions concerning registration and distribution of information relating to "unidentified flying objects" as part of Air Command.
THE Commander of the Air, in accordance with paragraph of Article XIV. 23 Structure of the Regimental Command's Air Force, approved by Decree No. 6834 April 30, 2009, and in view of the process consists No 67000.001974/2010-61, provides as follows:
Article 1, The activities of the Air Force Command (COMAER) with regard to "unidentified flying objects (UFO) are limited to recording events and their submission National Archives.
Art 2 ° The Brazilian Aerospace Defense Command (COMDABRA) as the central organ of the Brazilian Aerospace Defense System (SISDABRA), is the institution of COMAER responsible for receiving and cataloging of information on UFO sightings on a form provided by the users of air traffic control services and for their regular delivery to CENDOC.
